Instant tenant account

Entering the tenant’s details in the contract creates an account linked to their email.

Contract & e-signature

The tenant receives the contract to sign electronically, together with the advance and deposit receipt.

Where does the rent money go?+
Straight to your account. You connect your own payment gateway in settings, and funds go from it to your bank without passing through us.
What does a tenant need to sign in?+
The email on their contract and a verification code sent to it. No password, no app.
Does the system decide evictions?+
No. It classifies the case once the grace period you set is exceeded and prepares the arrears statement for you. Eviction is handled by the competent authorities.
Can I move my existing data?+
You add your properties and tenants from the dashboard in minutes. If you have your own contract form, upload it as photos or a PDF and AI turns it into a template for all your new contracts.
What’s the difference between the subscription and the private edition?+
The subscription runs on our servers for a monthly fee. The private edition is installed on your server and domain with a one-time license and optional maintenance.
